The treasure or scavenger hunt develops time management and planning in your team. How? Because we include more clues than could possibly be answered in the time available. Communication is essential in order to solve each clue. Some of the clues are straightforward but some are not ... there is a 'shopping list' so your teams will need to use their negotiating skills and problem solving skills in order to acquire as many of the items as possible. All are crucial workplace skills.
There is a word game too so the days of half the team hanging around waiting for their turn just doesn't exist on our away days.
